Cool Guild Recruitment Going Forward

It is with great pleasure that I announce we have 40 guild members playing with us in 7thsyndicate, counting those from crossword. With a daily active login of ~31 players. While we still have a ways to go from the peak of the Paradox days, we have had a growth of 185% in the last month. With the current rate we should hit full operational levels in a month.

While we still want more members we feel that we are approaching a stable number of member to begin to impose some recruitment restrictions soon.

I want to take the time to address the restrictions and such.

As of now we are inviting anyone who wants to join and work towards endgame. And I am happy to see so many ppl doing just that and joining us for primals and omega.

Going forward as the guild gets closer to full operations we are going to get stricter on how we recruit to better aim the guild in the direction we want it to move.

First off I want to state this: Friends and Family policy. I know people enjoy playing with real life friends and members of their family. This has always been a strength in the guild. So people who are legit friends and family can be invited no matter the recruitment restrictions... just know as we advance the new member might have catching up to do and we will not stop progression to go back. This is not to say we will not help on freetime and such.

Eternity GC Policy: All members of EGC are given invites to the guild regardless of recruitment tier, but as well they might have catching up to do and we will not hold the guild back for them.

Once we hit member thresholds we will in-act the following requirements: To note we consider the guild to be at full operations at 60 members. We have no desire to hit 150+ like some guilds as it is not maintainable from a guild standpoint. We are in the end an endgame guild not a social.

50+: Required to have at least 1 job at 70, min playtime of 15hrs a week with the intent to do endgame.

55+ Required to have at leas 1 job at 70 and be active in either primal or savage raiding, min playtime of 20hrs a week

60+ Required to have at least 1 job at 70 and be active or wanting to be active in savage raiding, min playtime of 20hrs a week

65+ Required to have at least 2 jobs at 70 and be active or wanting to be active in savage raiding, min playtime of 25hrs a week.

75+ Required to have at least 3 jobs at lvl 70 and be active in savage raiding and meet minimum parsing requirement as well as have at least 30hrs a week of playtime.

100+ Must be an exceptional player top 10percentile on fflogs or able to show legit ACT parse, active in endgame raiding, and have at least 35hrs of playtime a week.

*members in the guild are grandfathered in and do not have to meet the higher requirements. The higher requirements are simply there to restrict the guild to members who will help us progress at the current level we are at and to reserve space for friends/family of current members.

If you really want to join the guild and do not meet a threashold contact an officer. Exceptions can be made for certain circumstances.

Example:

You are coming back to the game and were actively involved in endgame raiding before in ARR/HW and want to get back in it. Obviously you need to catch up but if you are active and seriously work on it we will probably still invite you.

You want to be a group of serious players but Rl commitments make dedicating to a savage raid impossible (aka your playtime is so varied you cannot commit to a raid group). If you are good, active with varying play times, and help ppl in the guild we will make an exception due to this as well.

You are not into PvE but would like to Make a serious PvP group or Focus heavily on crafting/gathering/money making.

the bottom line is we want people who want to help each other, work towards being the best they can be, and help us build the community and guild. As we progress as a guild we want people who will fit in with us. If you feel you can talk to me or another officer.
